A 45-year-old Norton man was arrested yesterday after he fatally struck his wife with a hoe after accusing her of having an extramarital affair.
Enwell Sitima committed the offence at Ardbedeen Farm compound in Norton on Saturday.
According to police, Sitima struck his wife Melody Kavipa (34) twice with a hoe.
Kavipa died on the spot and the husband wrapped the body with a blanket before hiding it under the bed.
He is currently assisting police with investigations.
