The Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) has announced a reward for information leading to the arrest of a suspect wanted in connection with a shocking double murder in Mashonaland Central province, as investigators intensify efforts to bring those responsible to justice.
In a statement released this week, police said they are seeking the whereabouts of Anymore Zvitsva (32), who is suspected of murdering a 55-year-old woman and a six-month-old infant in Guruve. The case has sent shockwaves through the local community and beyond, with many expressing disbelief and outrage over the brutal nature of the killings.
According to the ZRP, the bodies of the two victims were discovered on 18 December 2025 at Farm 88 in Nyakapupu, Guruve. Police Announce Reward to Aid Capture of Murder Suspect
