Sindiso Ndlovu, a 42-year-old woman from Maphisa in Kezi, Matobo district, was sentenced to 10 years in jail by the High Court in Bulawayo for the murder of her husband, Busani Ncube. The court found Ndlovu guilty under section 47 of the Criminal Law (Codification and Reform) Act [Chapter 9:23].
According to the court proceedings, on October 19, 2019, in Maphisa, Ndlovu intentionally set her husband on fire in their bedroom, to kill him. This act followed a dispute between the couple regarding Ncube’s infidelity. Read More
