Bobi wine yesterday said he was the elected president at a press conference he said he had video evidence of the government rigging elections.
Meanwhile, the EU in Uganda has said it was impressed with the peaceful and organized elections despite reports on social media that armed state agents surrounded Bobi Wine’s house yesterday.
The country voted on Thursday amid an internet and social media blockade ordered by Museveni’s government.
