Update on Warriors CHAN Finals preps. The Warriors left the country on Wednesday for Cameroon. The Zimbabwe Football Association (ZIFA) announced that the Warriors have arrived in Cameron adding that they were delayed at the airport where they underwent Covid-19 tests.
The locally-based Zimbabwe senior men’s football team (Warriors) has arrived in Cameron ahead of the African Nations Championship (CHAN) tournament scheduled to kick off this Saturday.
All the players and the technical staff “is COVID-free.” The Warriors are scheduled to conduct their first training this evening ahead of ‘Top of the Menu’ clash against Cameroon on Saturday. Said ZIFA:
